Life for students is all about examinations and results. To transform exam tensions into fun and excitement, I decided to organize a bakery trade fair as internal assessment for my students.
In this fair students had to form in groups and prepare
the bakery food items and sell the stuff to the college staff members and as
well to the students of the other course. Grades will be decided based on the
number of coupons collected by the group for their stuff.
So I am going to unfold the recipe, I taught to
my students for the trade fair which happened to be a grand success.
